MILLAR. - On July 11, at Gore Private Hospital, Arthur John, beloved eldest son of Samuel and Emily Millar, Pukerau; aged 14 1/2 years. -Otago Daily Times, 13/7/1915.
The friends in this district of Mr and Mrs S. Millar, of Pukerau, will regret to hear of the death of their eldest son, Arthur John, which took place at the Gore Private Hospital, on the 11th inst., from septic poisoning. He was 14 1/2 years of age. -Mt Ida Chronicle, 16/7/1915.
